Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Avocado oil (,divided)
  • 1 Pound Thinly Sliced Steak (,1-inch pieces)
  • 4 Cups Broccoli Florets
  • 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 3 Tablespoons Swerve Sweetener
  • 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • 2 teaspoons ginger paste
  • 1/4 Cup Beef Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Xanthan Gum


Instructions

  1. Add 1 tablespoon of avocado oil in a large pan over high heat. Add the steak in thin slices and brown on both sides.
  2. Remove from a pan on a plate and set aside.
  3. Reduce the heat to medium and add 1 tablespoon of avocado oil. Add the broccoli blossoms and fry them tenderly, about 10 minutes.
  4. Put the steak with the broccoli in the pan. Add the soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, ginger, broth and xanthan gum. Mix and leave for a few minutes.
