- 2 Tablespoons Avocado oil (,divided)
- 1 Pound Thinly Sliced Steak (,1-inch pieces)
- 4 Cups Broccoli Florets
- 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
- 3 Tablespoons Swerve Sweetener
- 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
- 2 teaspoons ginger paste
- 1/4 Cup Beef Broth
- 1 teaspoon Xanthan Gum
Instructions
- Add 1 tablespoon of avocado oil in a large pan over high heat. Add the steak in thin slices and brown on both sides.
- Remove from a pan on a plate and set aside.
- Reduce the heat to medium and add 1 tablespoon of avocado oil. Add the broccoli blossoms and fry them tenderly, about 10 minutes.
- Put the steak with the broccoli in the pan. Add the soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, ginger, broth and xanthan gum. Mix and leave for a few minutes.
