Instructions
- Combine dry ingredients in a bowl; set aside.
- Cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
- Add egg, vanilla, and salt; mix well.
- Gradually incorporate dry ingredients.
- Fold in oats and raisins.
- Chill dough for 1+ hours.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 8–10 minutes.
