Ingredients
- butter (room temperature), 1/2 cup
- sugar, 1/4 cup

Instructions
- Set the oven temperature to 350°F. Prepare a 9 x 13 pan by lining it with foil or parchment paper and applying cooking spray. In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Incorporate the flour and salt, mixing until a crumbly dough is achieved. Evenly press this mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- While the crust is baking, blend the lemon juice, lemon zest, strawberries, and sugar in a blender or food processor until smooth. Add the eggs and blend again until fully combined. Mix in the flour, baking powder, and salt, blending until the mixture is smooth. Pour this mixture over the hot crust and return it to the oven. Bake for 22-25 minutes, or until the top appears dry and slightly golden. Once done, remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before dusting with powdered sugar.
